Nasheed: St. Louis police 'numb' or 'incompetent' when it comes to solving murders

Missouri State Senator Jamilah Nasheed says many St. Louis police officers "have become numb to the death of poor black people.” She was speaking of the high number of unsolved murders. “Unless they’re incompetent and don’t know how to solve murders. It’s one or the other,” she said.
