25 gr. Ground Walnuts
50gr. Fine Sugar
1 Egg Yolks
1 gr. Salt
125 gr. Cold Unsalted Butter
80 gr. Strawberry Jam

Coconut Filling:
8 Egg yolks
160 gr. Full Milk
100 gr. Vegetable Oil
200 gr. Fine Sugar
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Essence
2 gr. Salt
140 Coconut Flour
40 gr. Desiccated Coconut
120 gr. Soften Butter
