The Covington Parks & Recreation Dept. put on quite an event Saturday afternoon (Oct. 26, 2019) at the Jackson River Sports Complex. First, free pumpkins for all area kids to select and paint. Smores, games and movies, along with hayrides. Families turned out in big numbers and the painting quality ended up quite good as well.
