Heading for Warmer Waters Down the ICW : Chasing the Sun to Cook

We are determined to travel but we want to leave as small of a carbon footprint as possible along the way so we're building an electric sailboat. It is going to be 100% self-sustainable by the time we're done but winter is coming and we need to put a hold on the motor design so we can get to warmer waters. We are using solar to cook but we're motoring on down the ICW with the system we have... It is a voyage, after all.
