Looking to narrow your home search down to a few streets? KV Core CRM alerts tutorial

In this video tutorial I set a property alert by using the "draw on map" feature in my KV Core CRM (client relationship management) software. I can narrow down results to an individual block or street or a specific neighborhood through an interactive map. In my example, I am looking at the Rockaway Townsquare townhome development.

After choosing my map parameters, I can further refine my search results using criteria such as number of bedrooms, bathrooms, price, or other amenities. Under frequency, I can choose often my client will receive email alerts for their target home purchasing area. My goal is to give the most pertinent and most up-to-date market information for everyone I work with.
