aharashtra Chief Minister and Shiv Sena president Uddhav Thackeray is unhappy over Rahul Gandhi's controversial remark on the Hindutva icon Vinayak Damodar Savarkar, sources said. The sources told India Today that Uddhav Thackeray is likely to talk to Rahul Gandhi to clarify with the Congress leader after the latter, at a rally, said that his name was Rahul Gandhi and not Rahul Savarkar.
According to the sources, Uddhav Thackeray said that Congress party should not make statements to avoid unnecessary issues in Maharashtra Vikas Aghadi, the newly formed alliance of Shiv Sena, Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) and Congress in Maharashtra.
