The weather in SW Florida has had rain showers all day but E14 is kept warm & dry under Harriet who is a perfect Mombrella! She gets up to feed E14 quickly and then tucks her baby back underneath for protection. Close-ups of super Mom begin at 6:58 and egg #2 at 8:39 and no pip is seen yet. Harriet begins another feeding for E14 who is a little wet now and then quickly covers E14 back up.
E14 is wiggling underneath Harriet - we see tiny toes and talons at 13:40 - E14's head pop out and nibbles on Harriet's feathers at 14:42!! :) Harriet gets up later and once again feeds E14 who is starting to fluff and dry out. Harriet is indeed Super Mombrella! Thank you for watching!
