I found these statistics in a recent article on the workplace for a business magazine. Very disturbing. The workplace is clearly just not working for many millennial age workers. I have posted clips on baby boomers and millennials with the hope of crossing partisan divides and suspicion and hostility. When I read this, I felt concerned for our country and for millennial workers who are just not finding satisfaction and feeling enormous stress. That is why I created this video. I look forward to the comments of others as to why this is happening and what can be done about it to improve the situation. Thank you.
