Hemigrammus coeruleus starting to get jiggy. These are amongst some of the most sort after tetra in our hobby. They also cost a pretty penny! You'll notice the male in this video trying to convince a female to spawn. They're just starting to colour up, I've added a pic of a male in full spawning dress.
