Ranatunga Motors (Pvt) Ltd, is the leading motorcycle importer, distributor for Japanese motorcycles in Sri Lanka at present. We initiated the business in the early 80s & gained a huge success in importing Reconditioned Motorcycles & Two Wheel Tractors from Japan in short time frame. On our success, we were incorporated as a limited liability company in October 1985.

Apart from importing from Japan we ventured into importing Brand new Motorcycles assembled in China with Japanese technology under the brand name RANOMOTO. This is a turning of new chapter in Sri Lankan brand-new motorcycle trade due to the fact of first ever motorcycle running on the Sri Lankan roads proudly holding the trade name of truly Sri Lankan company.
