New Public charge rule - what it means to DV Lottery winners

In general, the recent ruling about the public charge rule should not impact DV Lottery winners. It can impact someone who has already been in the USA and accessed certain public assistance programs (listed in the video). It is also true that there will be more scrutiny of immigration visa applicants, so the EXISTING advice to obtain an I-134 is still the best advice I can give.
