New Delhi, Feb 25 (ANI): While addressing a press conference in the national capital on February 25, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal spoke on incidents of violence in Northeast Delhi on February 24. He said, “MLAs of the affected areas informed me that there is a severe shortage of police force and police can't take action till they receive orders from the top.
