We're Hopeful, Whatever The Outcome, Being State Chief I'm Responsible: BJP's Manoj Tiwari

Delhi BJP chief Manoj Tiwari says he is still hopeful. "I am still hopeful. I am the state chief and I cannot react before the final results are out."

"Trends indicate that there is a gap between AAP-BJP, but there is still some time. We are hopeful. Whatever the outcome, being the state chief I am responsible," Tiwari said while speaking to media.
