4) Research the location for the type of land (waterlogged, slopes, sand type, etc)
5) If no house in the area, perform soil testing.
6) Watch for Power cables over land - A BIG NO NO
7) Know the history of the land. Check no loans so that AMCON do come afterwards.
8) Go to the land registry to confirm the government has no interest in the land.
9) Ensure the names on all documents such as C of O, Title Deed, Survey papers are consistent with who is selling.
10) If first property, my advice, buy a commercial property such as flats or a duplex so u can sell or rent and keep 1 for yourself
