Biden wins huge in South Carolina. 48.4% of the vote. African American voters made their choice very clear. Will that hold in other states? Probably but we'll see more after Super Tuesday (which is this coming Tuesday). Bernie Sanders came in 2nd with 19.9%. Followed by Steyer, Buttigieg, & Warren. Steyer was betting on a win here to catapult his candidacy. It didn't happen so he dropped out. Now he probably uses his resources to support the Dem nominee.
For many, it now seems like a 2-person race. But what will Bloomberg's money mean? And will voters see a need to support Bloomberg now that Biden did so well? Will moderate voters flock to Biden? And will Warren surprise us with a victory somewhere that keeps her in the race?
We'll find out in just 2 days.
