Juliet Kusiima, a former office attendant at the Kampala High Court has admitted that senior accountants in the Judiciary directed her to withdraw over 900 million shillings without acknowledging receipt. The admission came as the public accounts committee investigated the withdrawal of about 1.7 billion in cash which was from the central bank in 2018.
This money is still unaccounted for by the High Court Registry.
