(2/25/20) I've been waiting a while for this to be built, and after a year of the original freight unit being sent into Progress Rail, it was seen outside of the shops for the first time in its striking blue paint. Fast forward 2 months and it's finally been seen outside the Port of Tacoma. Yesterday I was able to get some footage of it sitting in Tacoma Yard. This will be a switcher unit in Chicago I believe. Didn't want this video to only be a locomotive sitting doing nothing, so I added some yard switching, and a crazy TACPAS with 3 Ex BN units leading the same night. The 3 BN units came down to Tacoma as a power move from Seattle, so no they weren't sitting in the yard to see in daylight. But still a day to remember for sure.
