Pogba ‘looking forward’ to playing with Fernandes in Man Utd return

Pogba ‘looking forward’ to playing with Fernandes in Man Utd return Reported today in Football365.

Paul Pogba can't wait to link up with Bruno Fernandes in the heart of Manchester United's midfield, according to reports.

All the noise recently has indicated that Pogba was ready to leave Man Utd in the summer with reported interest from the likes of Juventus and Real Madrid.

His agent Mino Raiola also caused a stir last month when he claimed that the France international wanted to "escape" Man Utd.

The 26-year-old has been missing since December 26 after having surgery on an ankle injury that he had originally picked up in September.

But now ESPN claims he 'will make his return to Manchester United first team training this week' after club doctors gave him 'the go-ahead to resume training'.

The report adds that 'Pogba has closely followed United's results during his absence and is looking forward to returning and developing a partnership with Bruno Fernandes'.

Fernandes, who moved to Man Utd in January from Sporting Lisbpon, has already made a huge impact in the six matches he's played, contributing two assists and three goals.
