PROGRESS! Outdoor cycling intervals on my BMC Timemachine Road, Mallorca

I'm for sure on my way now in my cycling and triathlon training. I'm even surprising myself. That's really good. Hopefully all of my symptoms from the Epstein barr virus/glandular fever is gone now forever.
A month ago I was planning to sell my TT-bike. Now I think it's safe to keep it.
