QUICK OBLIQUES, ABS & CORE WORKOUT. - STANDING AB WORKOUT feel the burn in less than 3 minuets. This is my quick oblique workout, this is one of my favorite workout routines to work the obliques. You will feel a huge burn in less than 3 mins that will carry you into the next day. If you do this workout daily you will start to see the definition of the V line develop under your abs.
I designed this workout to not only work the tight lines of the obliques but also you will be working on your abs and core. This will also help to have a strong tall posture. This is a at home workout or on the go workout, you do not need any equipment or need to be at a gym. If your life is very busy with work, family etc then fine just 3 minuets to take this workout. You will still get great results without using equipment with my workout routines.
My fitness workout routines are designed to repeat so that each time we can focus on which part of the body we are working on and engaging. Making sure we are engaging our core at all times. Not only will this strengthen our core and stability but it will also help to work our abs at all times. This is great for posture as well. My workouts are created especailly to be able to do at home, on the go (traveling), with no equipment.
