REVOLUTION PRO LIGHTENING DROPS - DO THEY HAVE A NEGATIVE EFFECT ON THE FOMULA? FIRST IMPRESSIONS

This product has been on the market for over a year and I was always intrigued by it. In my head if you add anything to the foundation it will change the formula enough to make it weaker and not preform as well as it was initially designed to. BUT, I just like many of you have several foundations that are too dark, which I either bought accentaly or they were bought during the summer (and obviously during the winter no longer match me). So the idea behind these is genius - so it's a toss for me. Able to adjust the match of your foundation and accept the fact it will have less coverage/ will not last on the face as long? OR maybe, just maybe this product is so amazing that it will adjust the colour without compromising the fomula?
