The DEATH of RETAIL? CUSTOMER SERVICE, what's that?

It's time to go and get the last load of metal for the project. I'll give you all an update on manufacturing techniques, considerations, supplier status, requests for information, and a vector forward for the development of our custom parts.

I'll also give my personal opinion on the state of customer service in retail. I worked retail as a stocker, sales person and customer service manager, so I have some pretty strong feelings and beliefs with respect to how people should be treated in retail...by people, I mean customers.

Sound off if you are tired of not getting good customer service...what happened to retail? Who stopped training the staff about customers and how important it is to take care of them?
