OUR VERSE FOR TODAY IS MATTHEW 6:14
For if you forgive men when they sin against you, your heavenly father will also forgive you.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:
CHRIST'S FORGIVENESS ENABLES US TO FORGIVE OTHERS

This indeed is a conditional statement.
But let's establish this Bible truth;
You need to know and or remind yourself that the forgiveness Jesus Christ won for us through his life, sufferings, death and resurrection is given to us without condition II Corinthians 5:19-21
Therefore, our salvation is not hinged on forgiving others first before we are forgiven.
However, the forgiveness of Christ impacts our lives and motivates us to forgive one another. in order words, one or the fruits we bear as one whose life is forgiven by Christ life, death, and resurrection is to forgive those who sin against us.
Reflect on this two verses
1. Ephesians 2:8-9 and 2. Philippians 2:13

DO THIS FOR TODAY
1. THANK GOD THAT HE HAS FORGIVEN ALL YOUR SINS IN CHRIST JESUS.
2. PRAY THAT THROUGH THE WORK OF THE HOLY SPIRIT YOU ARE ENABLE TO FORGIVE PEOPLE.
3. CONFESS TODAY THAT BY THE FORGIVENESS OF CHRIST I HAVE CONQUERED SATAN, SIN AND DEATH.
