Headless OpenPilot running entirely on an Nvidia Jetson!!! (soon RPi4 ... 'RasPilot')

The Jetson seemed like the perfect SBC to run Headless OP, but the GPU doesn't provide enough benefit for a "sequence to sequence" model, like mine. My model actually runs faster on the Jetson's CPU than it does on the GPU!

Since the RPi4 has a faster ARM processor than the Jetson AND is much cheaper, I think the RPi4 is going to be the best choice for Headless OP.

I think Headless OP shall be called RasPilot!
