IS MY BABY HEAD DOWN? HAS MY BABY DROPPED YET? IS MY BABY IN THE RIGHT POSITION? These are common questions and concerns mamas have as they approach birth. In this video, I share several positions that teach you how to engage baby head in pelvis so that your pregnancy is more comfortable and labor is more efficient. Using proper posture, forward leaning, the forward leaning inversion, the pelvic tilt exercise, and hip opening stretches you’ll allow your breech or head down baby to engage well in the pelvis to get ready for birth. I explain how stretching for pregnant women can help provide back pain relief in pregnancy but also help with natural birth preparation and how to prepare for birth.
In this video, you’ll learn back pain relief exercises for pregnancy, how to get your baby to drop naturally, and position for vaginal birth. These exercises are safe as long as your pregnancy is low risk and you do them at the proper time as explained in the video!
